Despite woeful help from Grants, the manufacturer, HotWorx wasted no efforts with several visits to finally get things working again. Service like this is rare these days and I cannot speak highly enough of them. Thank you guys

Workmen arrived on time, great bunch of guys... friendly but professional at the same time. Cleaned everything up after any work done.

No mess at all - other than the new items fitted I could not tell anyone had been working in my home!  Workers were all friendly and approachable.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I phoned Eddie on the Sunday, the team came out on Monday, the boiler was fitted at the earliest slot following Friday. The team were outstanding arrived 8.30am finished 5pm. The guys fully respected my property, you wouldn't have known 9.5 hrs of work had just taken place, other than we now have an excellent heating sytem installed my an excellent company. @Eddie I'll be intouch soon about new boiler & radiators at the other property as discussed. The engineers where lovely, due to covid I was working from home and they guys where so considerate of that and so patient with me. We also have an unfriendly dog and they where so polite in giving me time to arrange the dog to be out of the room. Amazing service and lovely people definitely would recommend them to everyone as our house is lovely and toasty all thanks to them
